This role is responsible for campaign management, optimization, and analysis for the paid channels of SEM, Display, and Youtube, as well as management and analysis for unpaid SEO efforts across the company. This person will help allocate budget across paid channels and analyze the return on investment across those channels. This role is strategic in finding and executing on opportunities to meet growth and efficiency goals in global marketing campaigns in a measurable way.

About Demand Generation at CircleCI

As part of the Demand Generation team, Acquisition is responsible for driving the self-serve funnel and the Sales leads funnel to the CircleCI platform. We work in cross-functional teams, use data and user research to drive our decision-making, believe in delivering quickly, measuring our results, and constantly refining our approach. We love to talk to customers and partners. We prioritize work that delivers the highest impact, and is measurable and achievable.

What you’ll do:

  • Help manage budgets and measure success/return on investment with SEM, Display, Youtube, and SEO
  • Track critical metrics and closely monitor and optimize paid and unpaid efforts using goals and benchmarks
  • Find opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and expansion within existing campaigns, and to build new campaigns using data-based strategy
  • Ensure accurate and detailed tracking for all campaigns
  • Build and refine reporting for on performance of channels
  • Project manage SEO efforts and measure progress and success
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and other team members within the Acquisition team and Demand Generation team to find and execute on opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • 1 year+ of experience in Google Ads with a strong desire to learn and grow in experience and expertise
  • Working knowledge of SEO and a desire to stay current with changes in the SEO world
  • Experience crafting successful paid marketing programs for SaaS and Enterprise platforms is a plus
  • Experience targeting a technical userbase or within the DevOps space is a plus
  • Experience with Segment, Amplitude, and advanced attribution tracking is a plus
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strategic thinking, excellent time management, strong communication skills, partnership-building capabilities

Colorado Salary Range: $64,000 - $80,000/year
