The CircleCI CLI is now generally available.
Version 1.0 is a ground-up rewrite with a built-in MCP server, the ability to trigger and watch pipeline runs, and access to build output for jobs, all from your terminal. It is optimized for coding agents like Claude Code and Codex.
Install it at https://cli.circleci.com.
CircleCI Server customers should continue to use CLI v0.
