What do I get with this offer? Is this limited functionality?
With this offer, you receive our Performance Plan and everything that it entails, free Starter Support, along with free credits added to your account to be applied based on your usage during the promotional period. The amount of free credits and duration of the promotional period vary based upon startup stage and location. The promotional period ends either when the credits are fully consumed or the promotional period ends. Your use of CircleCI Services is governed by our SaaS Agreement.
What happens if my credits run out before the end of the promotion period?
If your usage exceeds the compute credit pool provided before the promotion period ends, we’ll work with you on a smooth transition to a paid plan. Our goal is zero pipeline disruption.
Can I use CircleCI with GitHub or Bitbucket?
Absolutely. CircleCI integrates natively with all repos including GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Keep your current source control; CircleCI handles the CI/CD layer. No repository migrations required.
What's included in the onboarding support?
Our team is available to help with brand new setup, pipeline architecture, configuration, and migration from any existing CI/CD tool (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Travis CI, etc.). We make sure you’re up and running quickly so you can focus on building your product.
What happens after the promotional period?
You transition to a paid Performance Plan. We provide an additional promotional offer for 25% off standard pricing for your first credit purchase of pre-paid credits for our Performance Plan or Scale Plan. All your pipeline configurations, build history, and team settings carry over, with zero disruption. After the initial credit purchase, standard pricing applies, with volume discounts available.
